

Stakelogic, a prominent online casino content provider has formed a partnership with GAN, a social casino platform as it wishes to further expand among the US social casino market. All Stakelogic’s slots and live dealer games will soon be available on social casino platforms across North America.
This collaboration will introduce Stakelogic’s slots and live dealer games to social casino platforms across the US. As part of the partnership, Stakelogic’s hybrid slots, including the Spin to Win Live Jackpot Show, and the Super Wheel live dealer bonus game will also be available. Both companies stated in a release that this is a groundbreaking approach that combines social casino gaming with live dealer interaction, saying it is a major advancement for the US market.

Stakelogic has already deepened its roots in the US this year. It’s already licensed in Michigan and Pennsylvania and expanded to Rode Island.
In July, Japanese video gaming giant, Sega Sammy announced that it is acquiring Stakelogic for $140 million. This is a deal that will combine Stakelogic’s portfolio with Sega Sammy’s global distribution platform. This transaction is scheduled to close by Q2 of 2025 and Sega Sammy will own 100% of Stakelogic shares.
The newly announced partnership between Stakelogic and GAN is a strategic move in the face of the upcoming acquisition.
