Q Casino Boosts Rewards Partnership

It was recently announced that Iowa’s Q Casino has expanded its partnership with the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.

The expansion coincides with the launch of a direct flight route between Dubuque and Las Vegas, marking it an even more important milestone for the casino resorts. Stacy Kansky, Chief Commercial Officer of Q Casino, recently spoke about the growing partnership with Palms, and what it means for customers. He said:

We are thrilled to align with Palms Casino Resort, where our players can experience the ultimate Las Vegas experience, as well as these new flights, which we hope are the start of restored air service to and from Dubuque.

Kansky added that current Q Casino loyalty club members would be able to access exciting promotions and opportunities as a result of the partnership. He added that it would also give new players and members of the player development program more benefits to enjoy. The move could mean more people visiting the two casinos and joining the loyalty program.

Renovation Plans Revealed Earlier This Year

This move follows Q Casino’s announcement about renovation plans, which were revealed earlier this year. The operator has set a target completion date of 2025 for the completion of renovations, and a range of improvements will be made as part of the process.

In the meantime, the two casinos are focusing on the expansion of the rewards program and partnership.

The extended partnership between Q Casino and Palms will result in a host of opportunities for Q Casino customers. This includes the opportunity to earn complimentary trips to the Palms Casino, the ability to organize VIP group trips to Palms with access to amenities such as cocktail receptions, and an annual complimentary trip for higher-tier members of the Q loyalty program.

Jennifer Johnson, Vice President of Marketing at Palms, spoke about the wider implications of this partnership.

She said that the expansion meant that Q could help to encourage people from Iowa to travel to Las Vegas, as well as to bring new players to Q Casino from Las Vegas. She added that it meant a more robust loyalty scheme for members, which many would find beneficial.

Avelo Airlines Introduce Las Vegas to Dubuque Route

In addition to speaking about the enhanced benefits for Q Casino customers, Q officials also confirmed that Avelo Airlines has introduced a new direct flight service connecting Dubuque to Las Vegas. These flights are scheduled to depart on Wednesdays and Saturdays and will provide a fast and convenient route for travelers.

Jim Olson, Head of Brand and Communications at Avelo Airlines, also expressed his enthusiasm for this development. He said that the airline was excited to offer a non-stop route to Las Vegas and that it was particularly pleasing given the expanded partnership between the two casinos.

He added that Las Vegas offered a host of attractions and that these flights would provide greater convenience and ease to those looking to visit and enjoy all that Las Vegas has to offer.
