The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City has started a new campaign, giving over $50,000 to local charities. The 12 Days of Giving began with a $10,000 donation to the Community FoodBank of New Jersey. It’s one of the state’s largest anti-hunger organizations, providing food to over 800 partners, including soup kitchens and child feeding programs.
Hard Rock Atlantic City’s Community Work
Since its establishment in 2018, Hard Rock Atlantic City has been involved in various charity programs. Across the property, you can find donation boxes, with 100% of donations going to charities like the American Cancer Society of Greater Philadelphia Area. It also participates in events like the WWF’s Earth Hour.
I am deeply grateful for our customers who generously donate to the Boardwalk 1000 Foundation which partnered with Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City in helping to make a difference this holiday season.

Hard Rock International also operates the Hard Rock Heals Foundation, which provided $250,000 in grants to 50 global charities in 2024. They also run their own programs like the Hard Rock Signature Series, where musicians and bands help design T-shirts, with some of the proceeds going to the artist’s chosen charity.
The 12 Days of Giving
The 12 Days of Giving program aims to help 12 local organizations through the season, starting from December 3rd. Like the movie the program takes its name from, over $50,000 will be donated to these charities. Starting with the Community FoodBank of New Jersey, the following charities are part of this program:
- Covenant House Atlantic City
- Kelly’s Kidz
- Live to Serve
- Holidays for Heroes’ Shop with a Cop
- ARC of Atlantic County
- Court Appointed Special Advocates
- Atlantic County Toys for Kids
- Garden State Equality
- Atlantic City Rescue Mission
- Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City
- Jewish Family Services
The casino organized the same program last year, donating $100,000 to various organizations and helping the Salvation Army with their Thanksgiving holiday meal. The charities receiving these donations are part of the Boardwalk 1000 Foundation, so they’ve been partnered with Hard Rock for years.
Future Plans
The Hard Rock Casino & Hotel in Atlantic City will continue to support the community in the future. They’ve released a Social Responsibility Report outlining their achievements in the past years and their goals for the future. It uses the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, which include zero hunger and reduced inequalities.

Recently, the casino has also partnered with Ocean Conservancy. It’s a non-profit organization that aims to protect the ocean by reducing trash, protecting ecosystems, and studying the effects of climate change. Hard Rock is dedicated to helping these organizations, whether it’s the environment or local communities.
Conclusion
Hard Rock Atlantic City is committed to helping create a more sustainable world by supporting various charities. Aside from the 12 Days of Giving, it also organizes other initiatives like Pinktober, where it raises money for breast cancer research. It also partners with WhyHunger to provide meals to struggling families and their children.
Overall, the company is committed to its motto of “Love All-Serve All”, which also extends to global charities. With plans to continue improving communities and even increasing efforts to combat human trafficking, we are excited to see what other initiatives the company will present.
