Chamonix Casino Hotel
It has been revealed that Full House Resorts has recently expanded its portfolio with the grand opening of the Chamonix Casino Hotel in Cripple Creek, Colorado. This marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth, with the opening taking place on December 27th.
The new Chamonix Casino Hotel is just 45 miles from Colorado Springs and about 80 miles from the southern suburbs of Denver. This strategic location not only offers convenience to local residents but also appeals to tourists seeking a blend of scenic beauty and exciting entertainment.
Baxter Lee, general manager of Chamonix Casino Hotel, said:
Chamonix is a special place, unlike any other casino hotel in the state. It offers a high-end, Las Vegas experience in our beautiful Colorado mountain setting. We are overjoyed to open Chamonix’s doors on Dec. 27 and to welcome our friends from Colorado and beyond.
The new establishment boasts a 300-room luxurious hotel, offering comfort and aesthetic appeal for guests. Each room has been designed with elegance in mind, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes, including Pikes Peak and the Sangre de Cristo mountains. Many of these rooms and suites feature balconies, allowing guests to enjoy the stunning views of Cripple Creek during their stay.
A Range of Facilities
For gaming enthusiasts, the Chamonix Casino Hotel offers an array of options and facilities. The casino includes a high-limit slot salon and a dedicated area for table games, catering to both novice and experienced players. In addition to this, the hotel currently has a temporary restaurant and buffet, the Chamonix Bistro, with plans to expand its dining options in the near future.
The Chamonix is also connected to Bronco Billy’s Casino, another property that comes under the Full House Resorts portfolio. This provides visitors with a diverse and exciting gaming experience, enabling them to explore a wide range of gaming options without leaving the comfort of the resort complex.
Exciting Plans for Chamonix
It was revealed that Full House Resorts has ambitious plans for Chamonix. By March 2024, the resort aims to unveil a host of additional amenities.
These include the 980 Prime restaurant, a fine dining establishment run by the well-known Las Vegas chef, Barry Dakake. The resort will also open Ore and Alloy, a stand-alone store offering an exclusive selection of jewelry and luxury items.
Another addition will be the Chamonix Spa. This lavish facility is set to feature a rooftop pool and deck, a winter garden, a large workout room equipped with modern exercise equipment, and eight massage rooms. The spa will also house an array of saunas, steam rooms, and a full-service salon offering hairdressing, barber services, and manicure and pedicure treatments.
In addition to these developments, the adjoining Bronco Billy’s Casino is set to introduce Firenze, a new Italian restaurant. This will further enhance the resort’s dining offerings for guests.
The Chamonix Casino Hotel is an exciting addition to Colorado’s gaming and hospitality sector. With its great location, an array of amenities, and future expansion plans, it is set to become a premier destination for both locals and visitors.
