White Shield Casino

It has been reported that construction has started on a new Native American casino in White Shield, North Dakota. A ground blessing for the new venue was announced recently, and tribes are now getting ready for the first phase of the project to begin.

The Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation has forged a partnership with 4 Bears Casino, DSGW Architecture, and Woodstone Inc. for the construction of the new casino.

An official from DSGW, Erik C. Wedge, said:

We are honored to have worked with the MHA Nation to create this new casino. The casino is a beautiful and welcoming space that will provide both entertainment and economic opportunities for the MHA Nation and the surrounding community.

The new venue will be called the Son of Star Casino, and it will be located close to the tribal powwow grounds in North Dakota. If everything runs to schedule and there are no problems during the construction phases, it is thought that the opening will be in 2026.

Completion of the project will be in a number of phases, with the venue expected to provide access to a range of facilities and amenities for visitors to enjoy.

A Wide Range of Amenities

Once the new casino is open, visitors will be able to look forward to a wide range of facilities and amenities to ensure an exciting and unique experience.

The casino is expected to span around 37,000 square feet, and it will provide a range of gambling entertainment options for patrons to enjoy. This includes 230 slots, half a dozen table games, a poker room, and an onsite sportsbook.

The construction of the casino will form part of the first phase of the project. In addition to the casino, this phase will also include the creation of other amenities, including a gift shop, coffee shop, and even a campground.

Once this phase has been completed, the project will move into its second phase, and this will bring even more facilities and amenities to consumers.

As part of the second phase, the property will gain a convenience store and an event center. In addition, a hotel will be constructed, which will enable those who visit the casino and area to stay in comfortable and conveniently located accommodation.

Casino to Focus on Traditional Native American Design

According to reports, the design of the casino will focus on the traditional designs of the Native American tribes. This will be reflected in the décor, artwork, artifacts, and even the timelines. Among the components that will be woven into the design are earth, water, fire, and wind, which play a big part in Native American culture.
